The Gremory Case is a special storage system where rewards from various events are kept, such as the Wheel of Fortune.

Main Features:

• You can claim your rewards anytime as long as they haven’t expired. The time limit is 15 days; after that, expired items cannot be claimed.

• The maximum capacity is 50 rewards. If you exceed this number, the oldest items will be deleted automatically in chronological order to make space for the newest ones.

• The Gremory Case has two storage types:

  1. Character Storage → Rewards are stored only for that specific character.

  2. Account Storage → Rewards are shared among all characters on your account.

How to use the Gremory Case?

There are two ways to open it:

1. From the menu: press (U) and select Gremory Case.

2. Directly by pressing (K).

In both cases, a pop-up window will appear.

Once inside:

• Select the reward you want to claim.

• Click on it.

• A confirmation window will appear, press “OK”.

• The item will then be transferred directly to your inventory.
